No. Your family decides what should be kept, sold, donated or removed. My role is to help organise and carry out those decisions, not to pressure you into selling sentimental items.
Can you help if the belongings are in storage?
Yes. Assistance can be provided at a home, storage unit or another suitable location, depending on access and the scope of the project.
How quickly can the goods be sold?
The timeframe depends on the type and condition of the goods, the prices selected and current buyer interest. We can discuss whether your priority is achieving stronger prices or completing the process more quickly.
How are your fees calculated?
Fees are based on the amount of work required and the services selected. Following an initial discussion or assessment, I will provide a clear proposal before work begins.
Can several family members be involved?
Yes, although it is usually helpful for the family to appoint one main contact who can confirm decisions and approve arrangements.
Do you handle legal estate administration?
No. This is a practical sorting and sale-management service and does not replace an executor, attorney, estate agent, auctioneer or professional appraiser. The person instructing me should have the necessary authority to make decisions regarding the goods.
